Please do not send sensitive, confidential, payment-card or protected health information in an initial enquiry.

How we use it

This standalone website serves static pages and media. Its hosting and network providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate the site.

To enquire, email us at hello@janea.com.au. The Email us button opens your email app; it does not submit information through this website. If you send an email, our email providers process your address, message and any attachments to deliver and store the correspondence so we can respond.

Our hosting provider may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and protect their services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect site functionality.

This website does not intentionally use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising or a marketing newsletter. If the site’s analytics or providers change, this policy will be updated to describe the actual setup.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and retain it only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements.
